- 1 / 5By Ann CarrollJust recently called to see if they delivered- as I cannot leave work to pick up an order. He told me that they can only deliver within a 5 mile radius. We nicely asked him if he could look up our address to see if we were under that. He put us on hold- came back to say it was 5.2 then hung up the phone. It would have graciously tipped for them going out of their way to deliver food to me. This was an example of horrible customer service and i am in the industry and this would have been a great opportunity to get a great review for them going above and beyond but instead they get a horrible review for this situation.November 14, 2016
